Yeah, I tend to forget the bad parts of trips soon after Iam back in my warm and cozy house.  I have been detained and held at machine gun point in Bolivia, held up by knife-wielding thieves in Morocco, and nearly killed by a sea turtle in Galapagos, and yet they all seem like fond memories now …

Soooo beautiful!! That water looks like glass – and like a nice place to swim – if the weather ever gets warm enough!

Nice to see Ben Canales is on the hangout. Everyday, after checking this site, I go to Flickr or website and view Ben’s photos, and then I go view the photography by a Swiss photographer named David Kaplan ( http://www.flickr.com/photos/dmkdmkdmk ). He has some really really good night photography like Ben, but I think he uses more HDR.

Love the colors in this one @google-c1ec23de8292d904dc213eba8bf1d17d:disqus ! I really love checking out your photos from Iceland. Are you planning on going again this year for summer solstice?

I really enjoyed going trough many of your wonderful pictures. You got the chance to see and capture some absolute moments and places!!. Some HRDs, to my eyes, are a bit overdone, but its a personal taste ;)

One thing tough that catch my eyes much is that in many pictures, like in this one up here,  you didn’t corrected the chromatic aberration prior to do the HDR, and the enhanced saturation makes those bluish/redish edges more evident, and makes it looks like a print with off registration of the CMYK, making it looks less real, more digital.

It can be corrected after too but to me it seem always really important to correct this from the raw before exporting the files for the HDR.

Is there a reason why you leave it? I see those details and it distract my eyes ;P
