Blade Runner

Big Chance-of-a-lifetime opportunity tomorrow!

Be sure to watch this space tomorrow…  something very very very very cool is coming…  I’m excited to offer it to you here on the blog!

Daily Photo – Blade Runner

I was staying at my friend Tom’s house (see the post tomorrow!!!) in the Hollywood hills, and we decided to head off to one of the nearby trails that overlooks the city.  I took photos in one direction of Century City, but then turned around to zoom in on downtown LA to get this shot.

I don’t know if this is fog or a cloud or smog or a combination of all of them, but it made for a lucky and nice effect!

This image actually has a 3D look to it.  So cool on many levels.  Can’t wait to find out what you got up your sleeve tomorrow. *holding breath*

That’s a really interesting looking picture.  It looks kind of like it is a really old picture, or maybe a futuristic picture, I’m not sure.  But it doesn’t look like a current picture to me for some reason.

It looks better if you stand away from the computer its not the type of picture to look at close up.This is me, as you look at art you some times need to stand back to appreciate it more and this in my view, only my view that it looks better standing back. try it

Stunning picture! Indeed like Gino says, it has a 3D look to it! Are you messing with our brains? Is this some new type of technology we haven’t heard about? :P

    Can’t wait for tomorrow.

Great photo of a city scape, Trey.  Love how the lights show up against the smog/fog.  Thanks for posting, happy Monday!

    hehe thanks :)

You’re not kidding with the Blade Runner reference. All you need is those stacks with flames bursting out and a hovercar or two, and it could be a still from the film!

Trey – Dig the processing on this.
p.s : The lights at the bottom and the v shaped road on the left are really distracting though.

Nice, the fog or smog adds to the depth.  Uh-oh, I shouldn’t looked at the original – either someone kicked you tripod or maybe the earth moved during your exposure. Earth movement in LA is not that unusual.

Ahhh, L.A. I can almost smell it

Blade Runner is one of my all time favorite movies to this day – Tyrel Corp headquarters captured right in the middle – awesome

I agree with you, Mr. Green and a tripod would’ve helped out big time, why not just re-shoot and re-post, I am just saying.
