I’ll be showing workflow and doing some cool new stuff. Come watch!

Any Polyglots?

How many of those words can you read down there from other languages?

Daily Photo – The Eiffel Tower Through Art

Oh darn, I hear you saying. Another photo of the Eiffel Tower. I know I know… I’m sorry… hehe.

Actually, you should see my Lightroom. I have so many interesting shots of the tower that I can’t hardly stand it. I’ve only processed a small percentage of them. Every time I dip my toe into that “unprocessed” category, I get all excited again.

What’s up Suze??? (Just thought I’d throw out a little shout out. Seems like I haven’t interacted with Susan much lately and everyone’s life is better when they do, so….)
Trey!! You’re going to be at the Apple store Saturday? How late do you expect you’ll be there?
I have a wedding in San Antonio I have to attend. (If only it were a funeral. At least those can be somewhat interesting and all the pain is over instead of just beginning. Interesting how prisons and marriages are both refer’d to as institutions. Just a thought.)
I fear I will miss this event and you do so few in the ATX that I hate missing one.
If Lotus the Sarcastic Mominator shows up tell her I said hello. (I don’t know Lotus. Not even a little. But she seems really cool and maybe if I just keep acting like we’re pals she’ll forget that we aren’t)
BTW – is there a spot online where local photogs post about upcoming photowalks? If so, can you post a link to it? I’d love to do more of that sort of thing, but I’m really out of the loop lately. I gotta stop sniffing paint during the week.
Hey speaking of that… here’s a shot I took this week over off of South First by Jovita’s.

Great shot Trey. We travelled through Paris a few weeks ago and loved Paris and especially the Eiffel! I know exactly where this was taken. Unfortunately someone smashed some if the glass. Hey I really enjoy your G+ hangouts and there are some interesting people there too!

Excellent framing Trey! This is one of my favorite shots of the tower I’ve seen so far. A marginalized centerpiece put in words, really cool!

When your Eiffel shots look like this, post as many as you want! Beautiful.

Unique shot of a very photographed monument. I have utilized your idea of having an “unprocessed” folder into my workflow. It has been working excellent for me. One benefit, for me, is that if I process all my photos of one shoot at once, they end up looking very much the same. But if I process a couple at a time and go back weeks or months later and process a few more, they all have a very different feel to them. Have a good weekend!

Haven’t even seen this point of view of the tower! Thanks for showing it to us!

    Wicked shot Trey

Beautiful shot, Trey. As far as the languages, I can read at least 5.

    Great shot!

Unfortunately some of these glass panels are broken now. I noticed that yesterday…

I am totally the same way. I just got back from Paris last week and I have about 500 shots of the tower. I have only begun to process everything and get excited after each. So much work to do so little time!
