Where the Secret Texas Illuminati Meet

This is shot from the backside of the Texas capital. Austin-area photographers know the spot well!

I don’t really believe in government conspiracies because it really requires a large group of very intelligent well-coordinated people to carry off a conspiracy.  I just can’t think of enough people in the government that could pull something like that off!

We ended up over here during our Photowalk last month… I saw a few people over in this direction shooting away, and some of these shots showed up in the post-photowalk sharing.  Thanks again to everyone that came out to that deal! :)

Wow, just caught that you posted when I brought My Yahoo home page back up after looking at something else. Not often I get to be the first one ;-). Great photo of your capital building!!! Nice colors, very warm looking!!! Great job, Trey. Just a reminder that we will be gone from Oct. 1st – 18th approximately, so don’t worry about us if I don’t get a chance to post while we are in AZ and Vegas. Hope you have a wonderful month until we return!!!

For those who may visit soon another great shot of the capital is from the glass ceilinged underground walkway the goes from the capital building to the exit seen in the above photo….you get a much different perspective of the capital dome than what you usually see.

    Great shot Trey.
I saw this shot done by Dave Wilson earlier this year and wanted to do something similar. I didn’t have a wide angle lens so I used 10 photos to create this.
