Everyone ran for cover, and I ran for the tripod. It’s not like metal attracts lightning or anything… comon, that is a problem in microwaves… not storms… everyone knows that.
Wow, looks a lot like this picture that I took at the Magic Kingdom. I know that central Florida sees their share of afternoon storms, but I’ve never seen the sky get so dark and ominous so quickly.
What do you do to keep the camera dry. I love shooting in the rain, but it’s such a hassle to do it and keep the camera from being completely soaked…any suggestions?
I just kinda duck and cover with the camera. The D2x seems pretty water resistant so far… I’ve had it in wet conditions and no probs yet. That thing is built like a tank!
