Whenever I go explore some of these abandoned places, like this one in Kolmanskop, Namibia, I have a strange creepy feeling like I’m not supposed to be there. I don’t know if its because I have a guilty conscience, or if because there’s just sort of a strange vibe about the place. I still spend plenty of time there for sure, but there is always a gentle sort of relief whenever I finally leave.
