While Writing This
As you know, I write these blog entries often a few days or weeks after I take the photos. It takes me a while to work on the photos and get them ready for publishing. Anyway, while writing this one, I’m in Wellington, New Zealand at a restaurant at the Rydges here, and I have a huge plate of deep-fried risotto balls in front of me. I’m eating all of them like some stoned college student and it’s so fun. Anyway, that’s some behind-the-scenes for ya.

Okay… this was a little over-the-top. I’m the first to say that it was completely unexpected and really overwhelming. But our first night here at Phulay Bay we had a private buffet on the beach! The whole thing was just for our little family… so ridiculous and wonderful. This is available actually to everyone that stays there and it was such a treat. Ethan even went back with the chef to cook some of our food. Once again, we ate WAY too much, but we loved and appreciated every second of it! 🙂
