Many Videos from Antarctica

We shot A LOT of video down in Antarctica. When will we release them? Who knows! Actually I gotta get on that… the editing takes forever, but we’re gonna get on it! 🙂

Daily Photo – In the cockpit of a CL-130 over Antarctica

I feel very lucky that my friend Randy got Stu and I up into the cockpit as much as we wanted during our flight to Antarctica. This is a major flight crew up there! Here, you see the Commander in the back with the co-pilot and pilot in front of him. Over to my right, which you can’t see, sits the Navigator, who is looking at maps and keeping track of all sorts of stuff. It’s amazing how busy everyone is all the time. I don’t even know what they are all doing… and I feel like I know a little bit about flying! But they’re constantly fiddling with stuff and clicking things. They are busier than I am in a Photoshop session!
