I saw this view many times per day during my week there! Outside, they had this rather evil “cold-dip” that was slightly above freezing level and then the panacea of a nearby hot tub. So I would go back and forth at least three times to make sure my legs and general soreness got that bloodflow it needed. I was not really a believer in this till I tried it. I thought it was just something athletes did to pretend to be tough or maybe it was some old wives’ tale — but no, it really works!
