Daily Photo – Hay for the Winter

You may also remember this photo from the recent tutorial video I released. I’m glad everyone is enjoying those videos btw!

This is my first Autumn in Queenstown. I watched these fields grow all summer long, and it’s cool to watch them all be cut down and rolled into these nice bales of hay. I notice that most farmers seem to wrap them up in plastic to protect them from the water… they are not as pretty then, so I was happy to get this photo before they were wrapped up!

And you’re lucky to get those extremely interesting cloud formations as well. They really make the composition. I remember getting those kind of lenticular clouds when we lived in Oregon. Here in San Diego at this time of the year we get mostly boring blue skies. Great capture as usual Trey.

When I visit most sites, I hardly comment, or pass a comment or two. But I can’t stop myself from gushing over every single photo of yours. Even the most simplest of rooms or a basic skyline looks absolutely stunning when you click it. Admire your talents!
