This was shot back behind the chateau after dusk settled into its final colors for the evening. All the light was so strange outside, from the blinding white near the fountain to the golden hues reflected off the chateau to the nebula purple from the dithering sky…

    Wow this is great,just love those colours. Just looking at it your eyes take you all the way to the bottom end where the trees seem to meet. How nice to stroll all the way down there on an early morning breathing oxygen from those trees.

  • You’re right, Trey – this is the perfect UFO landing zone!
    I happened to have a space ship at hand, and it fits in perfectly. My theory is that you just happened to press the shutter while the cloaking shield was still activated… Here it is without, while unloading an evil space invader:
