The Photo Community link isn’t working. Google is returning a 404 error on it.

  • ADWheeler

    404. That’s an error.

The requested URL was not found on this server. That’s all we know.

  • Dawid

I’m too, so I have to wait

  • Leo Teles

    Yeah, Same here Trey !

Same here. I’m sure we’ll see something working or corrected in a bit.

  • Michele

Hmm…might have to dust off my G+ account for the SIC page – Dave Veffer might just faint from the shock! :)

  • Gilmar Smith

    This sounds soooo sweet Trey!

Allow communities to plug into Dart for Publishers(DFP) that way communities could make some advertising dollars and people could get paid for making great communities.

Great sunrise! Since I live in a city (albeit not a big one), seeing straight horizons is quite difficult too.

Regarding the communities: love to be on both, once they’re working, that is… :P I’m sure Google is working out the kinks!

  • Trey Ratcliff

Thanks! Yes I hope they open up soon for everyone… I have no idea how long that will be though :(

  • Roger Madsen

Can’t access it yet :-( but sound really cool!

  • Pierre Hendrix

Nice shot! I love taking pictures of clouds, especially green and purple iridescent clouds (quite common where i live, but you only see them if you really look for them).
You are mostly right about how these ‘streaming bits of sun are formed’. Just google for ‘crepescular rays’. You need particles that scatter light and something patchy that blocks light. So if you take a picture on a misty morning in a dense forrest, or take a picture underwater where something blocks the sun, then you will see the same thing happen as in this picture.

    Great SHOT

  • Trey Ratcliff

    Thanks! :)

  • Trey Ratcliff

Thanks – that is one of my favorite photos too! :)

  • Garrick Morgenweck

You need to be able to post a photo to more than one community at a time. A night Landscape for istance would be appropriate in Landscape and Night Photography Community as well as the general Photography Community.

  • Massimo

Moderators should be able to change the category of a post inserted, in fact many members insert the post with the wrong category, many times before it is listed – if the categories are wrong not very useful
