选住址费了不少周折。如果你要搬来新西兰，记得跟我说一声，我可以提供一个很好的地产中介人联系方式，帮你找到理想的住处。在新西兰买方与在美国有所不同——完全不同！等到理清了头绪，整个过程就没那么让人挠头了，反而还蛮有乐趣的。

    Buying a house in NZ is much simpler (than U.S). You don’t have to pay a buyers agent AND a sellers agent, and the closing costs are sweeeeet. Also it’s nice not to get RSI in your wrist after signing a whole ream of paper at closing.

    That view doesn’t get old! I’m not sure if you mountain bike, but do you know if there is a pretty good MTB trail system there or MTB community? Thanks for the info.

    Trey, lovely picture! My wife and I visited New Zealand a couple years ago, and absolutely loved it. (I wish I could make it work to move there!) Your New Zealand pictures always remind us of our time on the south island and its mountainous beauty. Cheers!

    Stunning photo on the Crown Range! Moved here from the States 14 years ago. Definite differences but well worth it. Hope you and your family are enjoying it as much as we do.
