This was taken on a short chopper flight near Queenstown a bunch of years ago. I liked the shot but man, did it take an age to finish off. There was a lot of moisture in the air, and it was all over the window of the helicopter. I tried to position my lens with minimal droplet cover but loads of it still showed up. So, it was off to Photoshop for some significant, time consuming, clean up.
It’s that time of the week(end) again!
Here’s one from a new series I’m working on… I’m also working on using these as storyboards for creating little, short films for some storytelling. I’d love to have a world like this as a tableau for some really weird short stories… many many ideas. Anyway, obviously having fun with AI. Check out my AI insta here.
Queenstown, New Zealand in the Autumn… well this is kinda true and kinda not because these are all made with AI. I often use the phrase “in the style of Trey Ratcliff” at the end of the prompts. It’s so fun! Believe it or not, I do actually still take actual photos 🙂 See more from this series over on my Facebook.
