Flash Fun Stuff! Get EVERYTHING in My Store, One Mega Bundle – $24.99 before it doubles.

Grab Them Before They’re Gone Forever.

Here’s a pretty wild offer for you…

I’ve spent a number of years building a massive library of photography presets, video tutorials and eBooks and more which sell for well over $750 if added together. Now, for a short time, you can get all of them in one mega bundle for just $24.99 (the normal-ish price for one preset pack). After a limited time, this will rise to $49.99 and then maybe after that they’ll all disappear from the store forever. So get them while you can!

Trey's Mega Bundle 2022

As always I’ll be throwing in my RAW files with the tutorials so you can follow along and also bundled in there are things like my high-res textures which you can use as you please for post-processing. Maybe you’ll find a few surprises in there too. So, check out the link for a detailed rundown of the contents before they disappear forever.

Daily Photo – Glacial Lake in Montana

I was happy to be sitting on a few photos from Montana that I had yet to edit. Pulling a few different brackets from this magical place seemed like the perfect way to experiment with the different settings I alluded to above.

Using Textures in Luminar

Passport Sunday Texture Party!

If you’re a Passport Member then today you get to see a new tutorial video I made about using textures with the new version of Luminar! I’ve been playing with it quite a bit, so you’ll get to see all my new tricks. I had a lot of fun making this new tutorial, as you can tell!

Using Textures in Luminar

If you’ve seen my previous tutorials on textures, then you know how it can be a bit daunting to use these with Photoshop. I think when you use Luminar that things are about 100x easier because of the interface. In the video, I show three levels of expertise. I start with fairly basic stuff that anyone can easily understand and then I ramp it up to the next few levels if you want to try some more advanced techniques.

High Above Laucala Island

I have an all-new photography tutorial!

I recently returned from spending about a month in Africa (Botswana, Zimbabwe, and Madagascar) and each country had completely different photography situations. So it’s not just about travel photography, but it touches on pretty much everything in the seven lessons that include packing and equipment, landscape photography, HDR, People and portraits, wildlife, mobile photography, and street photography.

If you get the bonus edition, then you’ll also see how I organize my photos and handle DAM (Digital Asset Management) in addition to getting a copy of all the photos I share in all the lessons.

As well as all the tech talk, there is quite a bit of inspiration and philosophy about travel and life embedded into the story-telling. There seems to be an increasing segment of my audience that is interested in how a creative life can also be a more zen, present, and loving life. Some people get that; others are somewhere on a path of self-discovery through creative arts.

As usual, if you’re not super-thrilled, I’ll give you all your money back! So, there’s nothing to lose and a lot to gain

Grab it now and begin downloading immediately!

Lesson 1 – Welcome! The Game Plan and Mind Vitamins
Lesson 2 – Packing + Equipment and Travel to Botswana
Lesson 3 – Wildlife photography, Lightroom Basics, Processing, Collections
Lesson 4 – People and Portrait Photography
Lesson 5 – Wildlife Photography and Photoshop Basics

Lesson 7 – Mobile and Street Photography

Daily Photo – High Above Laucala Island

This is one of the most incredible resorts in the world! There are several restaurants on property, and this one is out on this beautiful little connection between the main island and a peninsula. They are beautiful from the ground level, but they look even more epic from a quadcopter.

As much as I love Aurora HDR, it still has a few problems that you have to correct with Photoshop. It’s less than 1% of the time, but this is one of those cases!

Free Camping in New Zealand

Intro to Photography Video

Today’s photo was one of the locations where we shot for the Newest Photography Tutorial! Here’s a preview of it!

Daily Photo – Free Camping in New Zealand

This is a cool hut we found on a mountain in Wanaka. I think it’s called the Bob Lee Hut. We were up here shooting a segment for the video you see above… one amazing thing about NZ is that there are about 1,000 of these huts scattered all over New Zealand and they’re all free or at least a very low price! I think this one was $30. Yeah, people just bring their own sleeping back and snacks and camp out inside. I think this one slept about 12, but there were only three of us this night. Everyone is also very good at cleaning up after themselves… I’ve never seen a mess left behind.
