Come on down for a Book Launch Party and Photowalk!
I’ll be signing copies of the new book “A World in HDR“. We will also have a few copies there to buy. If you pre-ordered the book (many pre-orders come with a Signed Limited Edition Print), then we will have them there for you to pick up as well! Note you don’t have to buy a book to come – just come for fun!
Photowalk
This will be part of the Driskill’s annual “12 Days of Driskill” event. As part of the special evening, we will be breaking at some point to go take photos INSIDE the Driskill of their fabulous Christmas decorations.
The person that takes the BEST photo will be awarded with $500 in giftcards and the honor of having their photo grace to cover of the famous Driskill Christmas Card. Cool!
Location
Driskill Hotel, downtown Austin.
Schedule
We will start at 6 PM, December 9. I’ll be speaking for about 15-20 minutes soon after that. Afterward, I will sign books and meet people WHILE everyone is milling around taking photos for the photowalk. That will continue on for a few hours until we all meet at the Driskill Bar around 8:30 to 9 to continue the party in there.

Format
It is very casual in a nice Austin kinda way. Feel free to come alone or bring a friend. I look forward to meeting you! If you come alone, I’m sure you’ll find some other nice people to meet… people that come to this event are pretty much guaranteed to be nice, affable, and cool people!
