The End of the Antarctica Photowalk – Stuck in Customs

The End of the Antarctica Photowalk

Re-organizing my Portfolio

I’ve been re-organizing my Portfolio over on Smugmug — It’s fun to get in there and “re-order” my favorite 100 shots or so towards the beginning. That gallery actually has like 2000 images or something crazy… They are in KIND of a random order, but I go in every few months and move fresh photos into my new top 100. It’s a fun process, and totally subjective… things switch places somewhat randomly based on my mood!

Daily Photo – The End of the Antarctica Photowalk

As we finished the walk down there, about 1 AM, I stayed back a little bit to take this photo of our crew walking back to the camp. We were lucky in a way because a huge blizzard had come through to drop fresh snow everywhere… the wind calmed down and it was perfect for our walk. After the walk, my friend Stu and I went out towards the glacier and had a 2 AM vodka and figured out a lot of the world’s problems together.
