Daily Photo – Lenticular Clouds in Queenstown in the Autumn

Even though I absolutely love these kind of clouds, what I also really dig is the color of these long grasses. You only get this color at this time of year, and only when you have direct sunlight. It’s amazing how much direct sunlight affects the colors… making them all glow like translucent jewels.
