    Funny you should ask that, Trey. Apparently you *can* organize parties there, if the price is right. One of my friends goes every year for winning a charity bike marathon of some sort. I think the price is around $10k for 20 people, or something similar.

    The question is whether one would rent it for a photo shoot…or a pool party.

    This is a stunning shot Trey. I thought it looked familiar but doesn’t take anything away from it, the detail in the arichtecture is amazing and of course the colour tone is similarly fantastic.
